Due to public order unrest , hours of care for victims in Cúcuta were reduced
Until 2 pm on Monday, the service was provided at the Regional Center for Victim Assistance in the capital of North Santander.
The recent events of public order alteration, related to deactivation of three explosive charges in Cúcuta and its Metropolitan Area, motivated the reduction in the hours of attention to citizenship in the Regional Center for Victim Attention (CRAV) of Cúcuta.
The decision was adopted based on the request made by the members of the Municipal Victim Participation Board. Taking into account the arguments presented and as a precautionary principle, it was agreed to carry out the care process until 2 pm on Monday, February 17, 2020.
The service of attention and assistance in the Regional Center of Attention to Victims, located in Juan Atalaya neighborhood, at North of the city, it will be restored in its usual schedule of agreement and depending on the conditions of public order.
The Victims Unit asks the general public to be attentive to the information portals to publicize the restoration of the service.
