The victims will be remembered with the slogan "Life, peace and hope", in Cesar and Guajira
The activities in the two departments will be led by the Territorial Director Juanita Ramírez and the Governor of Cesar, Francisco Ovalle.
With various cultural events and testimonies of emblematic victims, headed by Juanita Ramírez, Territorial Director of the Victims Unit of Cesar and Guajira, this Tuesday will commemorate the day of memory and solidarity with the victims.
The central act of the Day of Commemoration of Victims of the internal armed conflict, in agreement with the Territorial Director, will be at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, in the Consuelo Araújo Noguera Auditorium of Rafael Carrillo Departmental Library, in Valledupar.
The installation of the event will be in charge of the Territorial Director; then the victims will intervene; later it will be done by the governor of Cesar, Francisco Ovalle and then there will be a conversation called "Resilient Victims for Life and Peace", where relatives of emblematic victims will share their experience of overcoming the loss of their loved ones and the reconstruction of their life projects.
Andrés Alfredo Molina Araújo, Luis Fernando Rincon and Guzmán Quintero, were the three victims chosen to comment on their testimonies during the commemoration.
During the event there will also be a toast for "Life, Peace and Hope"; a declamation in honor of those affected by conflict by Eliecer Vásquez and a great concert by the Philharmonic Orchestra of Cesar. From the Territorial Direction it was indicated that the Popular University of Cesar joined the commemoration with an artistic exhibition that has as its central theme the victims.
Juanita Ramírez confirmed that there will also be events with the women of the Coexistence and Peace strategy in Uribia (Guajira), Codazzi and Becerril (Cesar).
