On Friday, the Unit for Attention and Reparation of Victims met in Bogotá with representatives of several entities subscribed to the National System of Attention and Comprehensive Reparation of Victims, in order to coordinate the forthcoming steps in the response to Colombian victims who are outside the country. This meeting came as one of the initiatives led by the Victims Unit, the Land Restitution Unit, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that allowed these institutions to elaborate a route of attention and reparation for those now living abroad.

By the 9th of March 2015, the Victims Unit had received 1,381 applications for inclusion in the Single Registry of Victims, from 31 countries (92,9% of them have already been assessed).
